In recent times, so many attributes and reasons had been attached to most divorce cases. Talking about divorce story in news publications, TV shows, etc one is set to capture the minds of the audiences towards wanting to know the cause. It has in no time fast becoming a thing of reoccurring decimal when the other party in a marriage relationship feels unprotected or unsafe or rather feel insecure, the next line in action is to call on a divorce. Various cases had come up with different excuses and reasons for divorce, even sometimes it could be as a result of family criticisms against the female spouse not having issues (children) for their son and they tends to pressure the husband unto filing a divorce on the wife. This kind of reasons are common among the African parents who becomes impatient when their children gets married and after some years child birth thing had not come up. Most especially could also be as a result of negligence of one another i.e. the husband neglecting his responsibility over the wife and not giving attention to necessary activities involve, these reasons most times could lead to filing a divorce letter against the husband by the wife and vice versa out of pain of rejection and negligence.

In one of our Tribunepoints weekly findings, we came about a divorce case of a woman by name Ojo Temitope Janet whom for a very cogent reason filed a divorce letter against her husband Felix Oluwasola Fasote whom she claimed neglected her for a very long period of time with no traces of him after anywhere, this made her concluded in her for a divorce between herself and her husband, reason being that she could no longer bear the pain as a woman she is who deserves a lot of care, love, attention and protection from her said husband, but the reverse was the case. She further more disclosed to the court whom later granted her divorce letter between her(Ojo Temidayo Janet) and the husband husband(Felix Oluwasola Fasote) after she had open up to how often times she tried and make attempt to get in touch with him after his sudden disappearance from home and days past after days, no news or message came up from him. She also made reference to how she suffered and was grieved over the sudden disappearance of her husband, this made her so much lost control and concentration to her every of her activities but in home and outdoor. She however concluded unto filing a divorced letter to her husband out of a grieved heart and pain of rejection and negligence she faced from her husband whom was said abandoned her for no reason.
