Nigeria’s Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has uncovered that he has denied five governors flight endorsement, since the conclusion of the air terminals and the lockdown request by President Muhammadu Buhari to control the COVID-19 episode.

As per Sirika, three out of the four governors are individuals from the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Two of the governors are from the South-east, two from South-south, while one was from North-focal.

Sirika uncovered this in Abuja on Tuesday, at the day by day press preparation by individuals from the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.

“Each and every flight that we endorsed and will be affirmed will be a fundamental flight and 98 percent of the basic flight will be associated with COVID-19.

“A couple of them, possibly 1 percent might be either repatriation, demands from the political network, which must experience remote issues, or repatriation because of disease of another sort which will be clinical kind and those clearings will likewise require a stamp of an instructing medical clinic.

“Be that as it may, I need to impart to you a conversation I had on Twitter with somebody when I said we won’t have the option to open our air terminals and airspace because of the expansion of the lockdown for typical activities and somebody said; “Benevolently stop all the VIPs transport going on. It looks bad to bolt residents up and permit governors to walk around and out of Abuja. In the primary example, they conveyed this infection into Nigeria and now going around isn’t Okay.” I said to the individual that I concur with him however whatever is endorsed or whoever is affirmed to fly secretly, representative or no senator is on a fundamental flight and it is expansion and 98 percent is identified with COVID-19.

“There is no exemption to governors. I have precluded a few from claiming such flights. Counting two governors from South-south, two from South-east and coincidentally, three of them are individuals from the APC and I think one is from North-focal.

“For a trip to be affirmed, it shows that it is steadily done. It must be basic, COVID-19 related or other basic flights like payload that will acquire medications or hardware or different things identified with COVID-19 or our entire prosperity like nourishment.

“If it’s not too much trouble trust us and hold on for us for this period yet it will end soon by God’s beauty,” he said.
