The Africa Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) has said that there are presently 66, 373 affirmed instances of coronavirus (COVID-19) in 53 nations across Africa.

The wellbeing organization expressed this in a tweet on its official Twitter handle on Tuesday morning.

As per the tweet, COVID-19 has slaughtered 2,336 individuals in Africa, while a sum of 23,095 patients have recouped from the fatal illness over the mainland.

Ghana has the most elevated number of cases in West Africa, with 4,700 tainted people and 22 passings, trailed by Nigeria with 4641 cases and 150 passings.

The Africa CDC COVID-19 dashboard indicated that South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria have kept on fixing the rundown of nations with the most noteworthy detailed COVID-19 cases.
