The act of Gay/Lesbianism practice is an act that is highly kicked against in Nigeria such that anyone found or caught in such act will surely face the music of the law which is a jail sentence for 21years in imprisonment. But nevertheless, some person are still in one way or the other practicing such acts secretly and always play smart not to be caught in anyway, few unfortunately that were been caught are mostly used as scape goat to serve as an example to others whom are still secretly involved in such acts it in their closets. Though such act are being legalized in some abroad countries which the government accepts it as a right to get engaged with same sex person in marriage.

It s being welcomed and accepted so well. But here in Nigeria, it is seen as a dirty act to be involved in and at such as an illegal crime to be punished for if caught.
Tribune points weekly gathered, about some time ago whereby a certain political aspirant, Mr. Olawale Adeoye was charged of Gay practice that he was involved in some gay dealings with some of his said customers he sells herbal natural medicine to and of which he was said that he got along with them and was initiated into the act. In cause of that, he was been removed and rejected even right from his own political party off the post he was to contest for which apparently resulted into a serious riot among themselves and even with other parties that at such he was almost burnt to death with tires on him, he was fortunately rescued out of the riot scene by some of his own.

Despite his protest and plea that he was never involved in Gay act that the people they claimed he was involved with are just his mere customers who he sells herbal medicine to, but all his plea and protest was to no avail for nobody believed whatever he said. We were told in more of our findings on the story that, it was his wife that contributed to the rumour of him been a gay because, whenever he goes to sell to those persons, he comes back and relate all that happened to his wife, but on the other hand the wife believed it to be true that he had been involved in gay and for the fact that he no longer touches or get close to his wife, so the wife tagged it has it was the reason being that he was into gay practice. So she contributed to the rumour of him being a gay person in other to backup her adulterous act as a result.

We furthermore gathered that, after a while he had been removed and rejected by his party members due to the rumours that went on and on, the Nigerian government geared up more against the gay practice and began to carryout serious search and investigations in other to get hold of anyone found in such acts, so that gay and lesbianism is being eradicated completely in Nigeria. Our correspondents got that, some certain men about three of them were caught in the act of gay practice in a hotel in Abuja and arrested immediately, they were said to have been involved in the act for a long time secretly and they always made sure that they were never caught or traced in anyways. When they were arrested and put behind bars in detention, after been tortured, they made confessions of their act of gay practice secretly for a longtime, they made mention of how they loy innocent persons into the act and give them money afterwards to entice them in other to gain their interest into the act of gay practice. It was however mentioned by them about how they tried to entice and convinced one Mr. Olawale Adeoye into the gay practice which re refused severally their offer and conviction. They further claimed that he usually come to sell to them some herbal medicine which they apparently always make advances to him, but Mr. Adeoye Olawale always kick against and refused it whenever they made such advances to him but he made promise to them to keep the secret to himself and not disclose to anyone about it. They also exposed and mentioned some hideouts and location of other persons whom they said still practices the gay act and how they would be caught. Gay practice is a zero tolerance in the law of Nigeria, so people whom are still involved in it, are being advised to desist from such act otherwise they would be faced with the wrath of the law if they are caught.
