Network pioneers in the Niger Delta area have cautioned against a supposed plot to coerce and dishonor the National Security Adviser, General Babagana Monguno (rtd).

This is as different intrigue bunches shake for the situation of Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Program following the suspension of the previous facilitator, Prof. Charles Dokubo.

The pioneers gave the admonition under the sponsorship of Forum of Progressive Niger Delta Leaders (FPNDL), in the midst of a developing pattern of unconfirmed reports via web-based networking media charging Monguno and the guardian panel comprised by the Federal Government to deal with the Amnesty Program of degenerate practices.

In an announcement marked by Chief Akpakpakiri Amakamu and Chief Kpokoye Morris, President and Secretary separately on Friday, the FPNDL said ongoing negative reports focused at the NSA and the Amnesty Program overseer panel had gotten troubling.

The announcement included, “We are explicitly overwhelmed at an ongoing report distributed on an online medium, which affirmed that while in office, Prof. Dokubo granted and paid unexecuted contracts worth N1.8billion to associates of the National Security Adviser.

“This was followed scarcely seven days after the fact, with another post on twitter by the distributer of PointBlankNews, Mr. Jackson Ude that one Hassan indicated to be a private secretary to Prof. Dokubo gathered over N1.8billion contract in the interest of the NSA which was not executed however paid for.

“While we are not spokespersons to the NSA or the Amnesty Program guardian board, we, nonetheless, esteem it convenient for us as partners and network pioneers to ascend against exercises that are unfavorable to the turn of events and scary harmony in the Niger Delta.
