Police arrest 60-year-old man for defiling 9-year-old girl in Anambra

Police in Anambra State have arrested a 60-year-old man for allegedly defiling a 9-year-old girl in Nkwelle Ezunaka, near Onitsha.

A scenerio of an attack that happened in Igbaje area of Ibadan, Oyo State resulting to a severe injury sustained by a mother of two kids in her home on the 12th of March 2019. According to our news reporter said in their findings about the incident from the source that, Mrs. Akindele Pelumi was in the house with her kids enjoying the evening when her husband wasnt at home.

She was interviewed at the nearest hospital (Hope Hospital) she was taken to for treatment how the whole scene of attack took place in her house. She said according to her that some men came into her home and demanding from her the where about of her husband to happens to be friend to one of ther victims and that they came looking for him because he was sitted with this victim of theirs Olusola Bakare some days back and they believed he would know his full whereabout and would disclosed it to them. She then told the men that she knew nothing about what they were asking her and as for her husband Mr. Femi Akindele had travelled for weeks now and she can’t tell them where he had gone because they(the men) looks strange to her.

On arguing with them, she was beaten up and tortured severely with her kids until she pretended of loosing conciousness before they left her and took their leave. According to some other informations gathered by the nearbours in their compound said that after they saw this men walking out of their compound suspecting they must have done something terrible, they quickly ran into Mrs. Pelumi Akindele’s house to check what had happened when they found her laying on the floor with bruises and injury all over her body and her kids crying profosely. They had to rush her to the hospital for treatment and called her husband to inform him about what had happened to his family while he was away.

The case was reported to the nearest police station for investigations to be carried out over the incident. The cause and reason they are after the where about of him hasn’t been fully detailed yet but will be published as soon as it is derived soonest.
